Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu

Welcome to the Capital of Nepal “KATHMANDU”. Upon Arrival our representative will welcome you and drive you to Hotel. Refresh and Relax


Day 2: Explore Kathmandu

"Kathmandu" which has exclusive blend of art, culture, history and religion. It bears varieties from pre-history to modern art, culture and custom. Today we explore some of it most popular UNESCO heritage sites.  Afternoon walk around the main tourist hub of Kathmandu and prepare for your trek.


Day 3: Pokhara

Early morning starts your journey to the beautiful city of Pokhara situated at the height of 827 meter is one of the most popular tourist destinations with serene lake, green surrounding and spectacular backdrop of snowy peaks.


Day 4: Explore Pokhara

It’s time to explore this amazing city full of natural beauty. World peace stupa situated on top of hill overlooking Pokhara valley, incredible caves, serene lakes, Barahi temple situated on middle of fewa lake are some of the interesting site of Pokhara.


Day 5: Pokhara drive to Nayapul and trek to Tikhedhunga

After breakfast drive to Nayapul by private transport for about an hour and a gradual walk through small local shops takes us to the Suspension bridge of Modi River, cross the bridge and we are at the village of Birethanti. We ascend slowly through small villages and field up from the river to Tikhedhunga.

Trekking Time: approx.5 hours

Day 6: Tikhedhunga trek to Ghorepani

We will have our breakfast before ascending steep staircase of Ulleri and then some more of gradual uphill walk through delightful villages and dense rhododendron forest to Ghorepani so characteristic of Nepal at these altitudes. If the weather is clear we will have stunning mountain views, making the climb well worth it.

Heights: Ghorepani 2750m
Trekking Time: approx.6-7 hours

Day 7: Ghorepani - hike poon hill- trek to Tadapani

It`s early wake up call to hike uphill for an hour to Poon hill (3210m) for sunrise and panoramic view over the great Himalaya. After sunrise, we trek back to Ghorepani for breakfast and trek onward to Tadapani through rhododendron forests with chances to see some wild animal. Tadapani also greets you with excellent view of Annapurna South, Hiunchuli and fishtail.

Heights: Poon Hill 3210m, Tadapani 2710m
Trekking Time: approx.4-5 hours

Day 8: Tadapani trek to Chhumrong

The trail bends northward and drops sharply. We follow the small paths through terraced field to Kimrung Khola. Pass the waterfalls and the trail climbs to Chhomrong village which is the highest permanent settlement in the valley situated in the lap of Annapurna Mountain.

Heights: Chhomrong 2100m
Trekking Time: approx.4-5 hours

Day 9: Chhumrong trek to Dovan

We start descending from Chhomrong to Chhomrong River and climb steeply through rhododendron and bamboo forest up the west bank and reach a small settlement before another steep descent and follow the river to Dovan.

Heights: Dovan 2430m
Trekking Time: approx.6 hours

Day 10: Dovan trek to Machhapuchere Base camp

It's a long climb through intermittent Bamboo forest and regular section of steam crossing. Taking some pause on the way via Deurali and Bagar we arrive at Machhapuchaare Base camp.

Heights: Machhapuchhare Base Camp 3700m
Trekking Time: approx.6-7 hours

Day 11: Machhapuchere Base camp trek to Annapurna Base camp

It’s a short gradual walk today following the left hand tributary of the Modi khola to reach our final destination of the Annapurna Base camp where we could have magnificent view of Annapurna ranges and great sunrise over the Himalayas.

Heights: ABC 4130m
Trekking Time: approx.2 hours

Day 12: Annapurna Base camp trek to Bamboo

From today we start retracing our way back.

Heights: Bamboo 2300m
Trekking Time: approx.6-7 hours

Day 13: Bamboo- Jhinu

We continue retracing our way back following up hill and downhill track through forest and village to Chhumrung and proceed on ward to Jhinu Danda for some relaxation at natural hot spring.  

Heights: Jhinu Danda 1700m
Trekking Time: approx.5 hours

Day 14: Jhinu - Nayapul drive to pokhara

We have our final downhill walk waiting for us and at last the level walk follow us to our final destination of Nayapul from where we take our private transport back to Pokhara. After an hour drive enjoy nice long shower at your hotel and relax on this stunning lakeside.

Trekking Time: approx.5 hours

Day 15: Drive back to Kathmandu

Early morning we take our 7 hours journey back to Kathmandu through terrace fields, riverbank, local town and village.


Day 16: Fly Back

Drive to airport and fly back
