The fact that it has been divided into three different geographical regions - Himalayan, Hilly and Terai, makes it a country with diversified land structure. It is widely famous amongst the tourist as the land of Himalayas as well. The Himalayan range provides you with the beautiful vistas of mountains peaks which are the identity of this country. It takes less than three hours for you to reach to this location from Kathmandu. You have to travel through the Araniko Highway which connects Kathmandu and Lhasa. The Bungee Jumping Site from where you are supposed to jump is 166meters wide and the height from which you jump is 160 meters that means 500 ft. This site has 4x safety factor which makes this one of the safest Bungee jumping sites in the world. The total load this bridge can bear is 4.5 tones and this measurement was taken by the Swiss experts.

2. Rafting

Nepal is a landlocked country and we do not have access to the oceans but we have swiftly flowing rivers which has been commercialized for Rafting. You definitely cannot enjoy the feel of chlling and sleeping at the beach here but you definitely can enjoy the thrill you get from Rafting. The Trishuli River is widely famous for rafting. It has some really exciting rapids. The site is located 3 to 3.5 hour west of Kathmandu. This is the distance of 15- 60 kilometers. This river can be rafted for 1- 3 days. The return journey to capital city is 4-5 hours, up to Pokhara is approximately 4 hours and to Chitwan is approximately 1 hour.
